About Us

Our friendly and approachable team, with years of local community experience, is here to give health advice and care to our patients. We've looked after generations of families in the area, and continue to provide care for all.

Our practice, which dates from mid-Victorian times, is on two sites in Haverhill: the Christmas Maltings Practice, and the Clements Surgery, and we also have a branch surgery in Kedington.

Christmas Maltings Surgery

The Christmas Maltings Surgery is a fully equipped surgery with six GP consulting rooms, two treatment rooms, and a Practice Nurse room, all on the ground floor.

There is a dispensary, and an independent pharmacy which is open seven days a week.

We have a small car park to the rear of the building.

Clements Surgery

The Clements Surgery, built in 2006 to exceed NHS specifications, has a suite of treatment rooms, a minor surgery room and a polyclinic for outreach services dedicated to chronic diseases such as cancer and diabetes, all on the ground floor.

We also host chemotherapy sessions in conjunction with Addenbrooke's Hospital Trust and West Suffolk Hospital Trust.

Upstairs there are six GP consulting rooms, an administrative wing and a large meeting room. On site we have a pharmacy, a lift and a large car park.

Kedington Surgery

The Kedington branch surgery is for patients from Kedington and surrounding villages. Doctor sessions are Tuesday to Friday from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. Patients can request and pick up their medication from Monday to Friday between 1:30pm and 2:30pm. There is limited parking at the front and side of the surgery.

Dispensary

We're a part-dispensing practice and can dispense medication for our patients living in the surrounding villages more than one mile from a chemist.

The dispensary is located at the Christmas Maltings surgery.

Out of Hours service

Our doctors also work in the Out of Hours service in Haverhill.
