Positively youthful! Andy trained at St George’s Hospital Medical School in London, did his general practice training in Bury St Edmunds, and joined the practice in November 2004. He has a marvellous store of jokes which he tries out on all the other doctors at lunchtimes with varying success! His main special interest is minor surgery – so much so that in his spare time he and his doctor wife also run a successful private skin clinic in Haverhill (drbowenskinclinic.co.uk) which he can tell you about if you ask him! Other special interests include palliative care and general medicine. Outside interests include DIY, gardening, computers, electronics, sailing, cycling, and walking the dog.
