Has the same birthday as Dr Stephenson but is much (much!) younger... Nicola trained at the Royal London Hospital Medical School and then did her GP training in Plymouth and Bury St Edmunds. She became a partner in the practice in 1993, and now shares her time between work in the practice and chauffeuring three daughters around the Suffolk countryside… She is the Medicines Management Lead, and is also the lead partner for Practice Based Commissioning. She has a special interest in Psychiatry, having recently studied for an MSc in Mental Health Studies at Guy’s/St Thomas’s Hospital and the Maudsley Hospital. Outside interests include sailing, skiing and travel (usually to sun-drenched places, after which she comes back to work with a very healthy-looking tan!) and she does get to the gym at regular intervals…
