Booking Appointments

We can offer you a variety of ways to book an appointment with us.

Please phone 0844 477 3543 or visit the surgery in person where appointments can be made at reception. Standard appointments are 10 minutes long, but if you feel you need a longer appointment please discuss with our receptionists.

You can book an appointment with a doctor using the internet. If you would like to do so please contact the surgery and request a registration form for online booking.

You will be asked to enter your date of birth and telephone number after which you will be offered a range of options. To take advantage of this system we require your current telephone number(s). Please complete the online Contact Preferences Form.

EMIS Access and Internet

Internet booking of GP appointments is managed by our practice clinical system supplier EMIS on www.patient.co.uk

If you would like to register to use this facility please complete the Online Services Form.

Home Visits

If you require a visit by a doctor please call the surgery on 0844 477 3543 before 11am.

Urgent Appointments

If you or your child needs to be seen urgently, you will always be given an appointment. This may be with the duty doctor rather than your regular doctor.

Consultations

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse on the telephone, inform the receptionist. Your contact details will be taken, and the doctor or nurse will phone you.
